Based in Bowie, MD, they specialize in high-quality technical projects and services.
With over 60 years of experience, they have developed a distinguished portfolio of projects across both the DMV area and nationwide.
Your new role
- Oversee 5-8 projects at a time
- Project size ranges between $250K - $3M
- 75% projects are local, 25% of the work are out of town
- Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
- Lead cross-functional teams to success
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
- Manage risks and ensure project success
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong understanding of complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating change orders.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per month, typically for one night at a time.
- Capability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Proven experience with base building projects is preferred
- Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC background is preferred.
