The Handy Man will be responsible for performing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks in residential or commercial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete various projects.
- Diagnose issues using tools such as an ohmmeter to assess electrical systems.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
