Position Overview:
You will oversee multiple residential and mixed use projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets, job sites, and subcontractors. Your deep knowledge of carpentry, remodeling, and home building will ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day job site operations and provide daily updates
- Keep projects on schedule and budget by reviewing plans and coordinating inspections
- Ensure all materials and selections are installed correctly
- Communicate clearly with clients about project status, changes, and concerns
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free job site and enforce safety standards
- Lead project and safety meetings, complete reports, and document progress
- Collaborate closely with field staff, sales, and production teams

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of residential project management experience
- Strong carpentry and construction knowledge, able to interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google apps, and project management tools like BuilderTrend and AutoCAD
- Ability to work independently and keep multiple projects on track
