A leading residential construction firm BASED IN SEATTLE is seeking an experienced **Project Coordinator** to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role with excellent benefits and immediate availability.
**Location:** Seattle, WA *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY*
**Schedule:** Full-time | In-office and on-site
**Compensation:** Competitive salary

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist with vendor coordination, procurement, and project scheduling
* Support project managers on active residential builds
* Coordinate with clients and subcontractors
* Visit job sites to ensure project alignment and progress
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in residential construction
* Degree in Construction Management or related field **highly preferred**
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working in both office and field settings
