O'Neil Langan Architects is looking for an architectural designer/project manager with 5-8 years of professional experience to work with us on exciting new retail projects. OLA is home to a talented, close-knit team that's passionate about producing excellent retail design, and we're seeking motivated architects who are excited to grow in this fast-paced field.
As an intermediate architect (Project Manager) at OLA, you will be deeply involved in project development from schematic design to construction, with significant opportunity for growth. Working closely with senior staff and principals on each new project, you will receive valuable mentorship from veteran architects as you hone your craft.
PLEASE NOTE: This role requires high proficiency in Revit. Extensive experience with both construction documents and family creation in Revit will be expected for this position. If you do not have a strong skill set in these areas, please do not apply.

This position is an in-office role. Our ideal candidates will be located in New York City or the immediate region, and will be able to work in-office at our Manhattan headquarters.
OLA's benefits package includes health (including an annual HRA account of $3,000), 401(k) and transit, as well as voluntary dental, vision, and more.
Again, this role is heavily Revit-based. Candidates without a high proficiency in Revit construction document production/families will not be a good fit for this position.
Skills & Experience Required:
BArch, MArch or equivalent Interior Design degree
5-8 years of experience working in an architecture or design firm required
MUST have strong CDoc/families experience in Revit (AutoCAD also a plus)
Adobe Creative Suite
3D Studio Max & Vray, or Rhino & Vray proficiency a plus
Must have strong, clear communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle fast-paced projects and deadlines
Proven experience in architectural project management
