Thisentry-level position is ideal for someone looking to learn and develop theirskills in concrete or with metal building erection. You'll be an integralpart of our team, work alongside skilled crew members and gain hands-onexperience.Objectives and Competencies: This position requires physical labor andtypically works outside on construction sites. You should be punctual,reliable, driven, and excited to be a part of a hard-working team.Candidates should care about the work they perform and enjoy working on aproject they can take ownership of from start to finish. We are looking forteam players that match our culture and core values and want to grow theircareer with us.Education and Experience: Basic knowledge or interest in construction ispreferred; prior experience in concrete or metal building erection is a plusbut not required. Training is available for motivated and reliableindividuals without experience. You should have your own basic constructiontools.Physical Requirements: You must be able to work on your feet for extendedperiods in all forms of weather. This position requires the ability toclimb, kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, squat, and exert heavyphysical effort. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly.
