Machine Operator Job Description As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machines to produce electrical connectors according to specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality production standards by inspecting products throughout the process and identifying any defects. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines. Produce electrical connectors according to specifications. Inspect products throughout the production process to maintain quality and consistency. Identify and report any defects in the products. Essential Skills Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, or schematics. Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in manufacturing or assembly environments. Ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs., and work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Speaking Spanish is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
