Commercial Painter Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using rollers, brushes, and HVLP sprayers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in surface preparation, paint mixing, and precision application. Your expertise will ensure smooth, even finishes that meet professional standards. Responsibilities Apply paint and coatings to various interior and exterior surfaces using rollers, brushes, and HVLP sprayers. Prepare surfaces by masking, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion. Mix and apply paint with precision, ensuring a clean and even finish. Follow safety procedures and correctly handle painting equipment and materials. Work independently or collaborate with a team to meet project deadlines. Essential Skills Proven experience in commercial or industrial painting. Expertise in surface preparation, paint mixing, and finish application. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Familiarity with painting safety standards and best practices. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Aurora, Illinois. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
