Painter

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team for ongoing apartment turnover and new construction projects.

Responsibilities:
Perform interior and some exterior painting for apartment turnovers and newly constructed units

Prep surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and taping

Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

Ensure clean, consistent finishes with minimal touch-ups

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work efficiently to meet tight turnover schedules

Requirements:
Experience with residential or multi-unit painting (2+ years preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently or with a small crew

Must be dependable and punctual

Preferred:
Familiarity with drywall repair and light carpentry

Experience working on job sites with other trades
