Join our team as a Datacenter Hardware Engineer where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and managing tools, engines, machines, and other MEP devices essential for our data center operations. This role requires a strong background in data center design, engineering, and operational requirements, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 100% onsite role
• 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and related engineering software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Experience in diagnosing equipment failures and providing solutions.

• Experience in the data center industry.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools and equipment for data center operations.
• Analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine project feasibility.
• Collaborate with drafters in developing structural designs using various tools and software.
• Coordinate site conflicts and queries regarding design drawings and specifications.
