Lithia & Driveway | Building Manager

Are you a hands-on facilities expert with a passion for creating safe, well-maintained, and efficient workspaces? Lithia & Driveway is looking for a Building Manager to lead day-to-day operations and long-term planning across our Medford Home Office, offsite warehouse, and other Medford-area properties.
This role directly supervises our Facility Maintenance Assistant and Postal Operations Coordinator, and is instrumental in ensuring that all systemsMechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Life Safety, Janitorial, and Securityare operating at peak performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee vendor relationships for building maintenance, security, and janitorial services.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual inspection schedules.
Supervise minor daytime cleaning tasks as needed.
Order and manage supplies including janitorial, office, and warehouse materials.
Coordinate file storage and warehouse supply inventory.
Lead minor remodeling projects, space reconfigurations, AV setup, and security enhancements.
Review, code, and approve vendor invoices.
Prepare and manage the annual operating budget.
Actively participate in the Safety Committee.
Maintain (or obtain) forklift certification.
Perform other duties as assigned.
