The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:
We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to work on our facilities team. You will be engaged in projects involving both the physical facility and research projects on our 500,000 square foot campus in East Hartford, Connecticut.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for interpreting customer desires and technical requirements, providing cost-effective solutions to meet customer objectives, sourcing materials and labor to accomplish required tasks, contractor management, scheduling, and day-to-day problem solving and troubleshooting.
You will be representing the facilities engineering team to the customer, and regularly reporting results to the principal investigator (PI) and other stakeholders on project progress, risk, schedule, and budget.
This is an on-site/in-person role. US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance is required.
Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Codes and Standards applicable to subject of work (i.e. IPC, IBC, IMC, NFPA, B31.1, B31.3, OSHA, etc.)
Experience with trades means and methods (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical)
Project management software
Preferred Skills
SAP Enterprise Management Software
Project Management credentials or certificate
Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
