WORK SHIFT:First Shift (United States of America)JOB DESCRIPTION:Installs, Repairs, and Troubleshoots refrigeration systems ensuringtemperature sensitive products are stored correctly.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSInstalls equipment according to blueprints and specifications.Repairs by diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, including replacing worn ordamaged parts.Troubleshoots by identifying and resolving issues with refrigeration systems.Communicates effectively with various departments about system malfunctions,offering solutions.Maintains detailed record keeping of work performed, including repairs,and installations.Maintains reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual,dependable, and flexible to potential schedule changes to meet the needs ofthe department and the organization.Executes each essential duty satisfactorily to perform job successfully.Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed,attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipmentor unsafe/hazardous conditions.Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, opento receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect.Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for ownactions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects.Follows all department quality standards/criteria. Raises concerns andissues to management.Understands department's key performance indicators (KPIs) andcontributes to achieve these goals both individually and as a team.Other duties as needed or required.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESMust be able to work overtime as needed, remain flexible and open topossible schedule changes in order to meet business needs.Some travel may be required.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill,and/or ability required.
