Construction Superintendent This is a DIRECT Hire Construction Superintendent opportunity with a well-established commercial contractor serving Central Indiana. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves managing field operations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and leading project teams to success. Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations across multiple commercial construction job sites. Ensure all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols. Manage and schedule field employees, ensuring productivity and compliance. Maintain accurate project documentation including permits, reports, and timekeeping. Coordinate delivery and usage of materials and equipment. Enforce job site safety standards and conduct regular safety audits. Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of field personnel. Pay/Benefits: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience Bonus opportunities Company truck Company-issued phone and tablet Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction with supervisory experience. Four-year degree or equivalent experience (Construction Management certification a plus). Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology. Proven ability to manage multiple job sites and teams effectively. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with project management tools and technology. Valid driver's license with clean driving record and willingness to travel. Must pass a background check. Flexible availability to meet project demands. Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Capable of navigating construction sites and climbing ladders.
