We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering successful outcomes through effective coordination, communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

  • Facilitate clear communication between team members and external partners

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports

  • Identify potential issues and collaborate on solutions during project execution

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related field

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or work experience in project coordination

  • Experience with MS Project or similar project scheduling software

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Proactive approach to anticipating and addressing project needs
