VALiNTRY is seeking a Structural Engineer – Road, Highway & Bridge Construction
Location: Waukesha, WI
Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 annually Candidates with exceptional technical skills may qualify for higher compensation. We encourage qualified candidates to apply.

About the Role: We are hiring a Structural Engineer with a focus on construction engineering to support complex and dynamic heavy civil infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful road, highway, and bridge construction projects in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and model steel, concrete, and timber structures throughout all construction phases

• Design falsework, formwork, and earth retention systems in accordance with applicable codes

• Develop critical lift and jacking plans to ensure safe field operations

• Produce detailed drawings for fabricators and field teams within tight construction schedules

• Partner with Construction and Project Managers to address engineering challenges

• Respond to inquiries from public agencies and stakeholders

• Support updates to field engineering standards and practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred)

• FE certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Working knowledge of heavy civil/construction engineering principles

• Proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with Civil 3D, Midas Civil, Risa 3D, Civiltech Shoring, or Civiltech AllPile is a strong plus

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
