Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred; new grads planning to sit for the FE or candidates pursuing PE licensure are encouraged to apply Experience in bridge design and analysis including shoring, rigging, deep foundations, and slab span analysis Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; familiarity with MIDAS, RISA 3D, and AllPile software is a plus Create and review form work plans, deck removal plans, and stripping plans Collaborate with a close-knit, hardworking team on multiple projects weekly Participate in weekly check-ins and meetings with Project Managers and operations teams Opportunity for leadership and mentoring junior engineers Minimal travel; hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) with optional field visits Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
