JOB REQUIREMENTS: The KRS team is looking for a dynamic individual thatis extremely self-motivated, Accountable, with strong communication,collaboration and team building skills to lead one of our mobile bridgerepair crews. We have been building careers for over 60years and offer competitive wages with a rich benefits package.Compensation The starting wage for this role will be between \$90,000and \$110,000 per year to commensurate with experience. LodgingAllowance \$735/per week and will be paid according to policyguidelines. Job Responsibilities \*Manage daily operations at job site,to include: Supervision of crew (5-10 employees) along withsubcontractors and a 2-week work schedule Understand and work inaccordance with the overall project schedule. Oversee subcontractors(access road, concrete supplier/pumper, truck drivers, final grading ofsite, etc.) Ensure proper setup, safe operation, and inspection ofequipment such as Forklift, Crane, Excavator, etc. Lead daily jobbriefings and safety meetings. Proficient with basic survey equipmentfor bridge and site layout Record keeping of project safety and dailywork records. \*Work together with Project Manager on a daily basis tocommunicate production goals and quality specifications of work, discussconcerns that have surfaced (around people, resources and methods,material or equipment use, extra or out of scope work), and ideas tohelp team achieve project goals \*Create and manage employee developmentplans to maximize employee growth and development \*Work cohesively withnew hires to ensure thorough training and understanding of positionrequirements. \*Participate in planning resources and methods for bridgerepair project \*Accurately and consistently report crew work hours andcomplete daily production report \*Monitor, manage and drive crewproductivity. Ensure ongoing efforts are made to improve productivity(continuous improvement). \*Understand and follow company policies andprocedures \*Enforce company safety policies and ensure industry safetyregulations are adhered to \*Actively drive an Ownership based culturewithin your team. \*Exercise proper care, maintenance, and operation ofcompany equipment \*Consult engineer approved plans and Job Portfolio tocarry out and coordinate daily activities \*Work in collaboration withall departments (Engineering, Operations, HR, Safety, etc.) \*Supportthe Koppers Zero Harm safety culture by collaborating with the SafetyDepartment \*Monitor crew compliance\...
