Superintendent
Location: Hazleton, PA
Pay: $130,000 - 160,000/year
Schedule: 16 month, ground up project
We are working with a top-tier design-build and construction management firm based out of New England, who is looking for a Superintendent that can build a 900,000sq ft manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania.
What you get to do:
Lead ground-up construction projects from start to finish
Manage schedules, field operations, and subcontractor performance
Ensure site safety and adherence to OSHA and internal protocols
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers
Oversee daily reporting, RFIs, shop drawings, and documentation
Solve problems on the fly and keep projects moving forward
What you need to succeed:
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent
Prior experience working on Industrial, Manufacturing, or "Big Box" projects
Proven experience in design-build and ground-up projects
Proficiency with Procore, Excel, and construction documentation
Strong understanding of construction safety, compliance, and quality
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel regionally as needed
