- Supervise the installation and commissioning of large food processing equipment and production lines.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and construction teams to ensure proper mechanical, electrical, and power systems are in place.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment startup.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards during equipment setup and operation.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors during facility construction or expansions.
- Expertise in construction project coordination and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems.
