In this role, you will oversee multiple projects and be responsible for site management, coordination, quality control, safety, scheduling, communication, material tracking, problem-solving, and subcontractor management
This role would suit a Superintendent from a commercial background ready to take the next step in their career, and the chance to make a significant impact in the construction industry.
The Role:
Oversee multiple projects from start to finish
Manage site operations, material tracking, subcontractor coordination, and safety.
Work with Project Managers to maintain schedules, quality, communication, and close outs.
The Person:
Experience managing multiple projects and priorties.
Strong familiarity with construction drawings and site management software.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction from the ground up.
