Carpenter Apprentice Wanted Learn the Trades, Grow with a GC

Kavanah Construction LLC is a growing general contracting company focused on high-quality residential remodels and custom builds in the King County region. We're looking for a Carpenter Apprentice who's ready to show up, work hard, and learn the trade from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

* Assist with framing, demolition, trim, siding, cabinetry, and finish work
* Set up and clean up job sites daily
* Learn proper tool use, site safety, and layout
* Take direction from the lead carpenter and project manager
* Help protect the homeowner's property and maintain clean working conditions
* Represent the company with professionalism and reliability

What We're Looking For:

* Punctual, respectful, and eager to learn
* Basic tool knowledge is a plus, but not required
* Reliable transportation to job sites in King County
* Physically able to lift, carry, and move materials
* Willingness to work in all weather conditions
* Must be drug-free and legal to work in the U.S.

Wage:

$18$24 per hour depending on experience and reliability
Raises based on performance and responsibility
Opportunities to grow into lead carpenter or project management roles
