Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for driving forklifts and preparing units for daily shipping and receiving operations. The role involves a balance between operating forklifts and performing other tasks such as processing, order picking, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate forklifts, including Reach and Turret trucks, efficiently and safely.
+ Prepare units for daily shipping and receiving processes.
+ Engage in processing, order picking, and inventory management activities.
+ Ensure cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to 5S principles.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in operating Reach trucks and Turret trucks.
+ Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
+ Material handling and loading expertise.
+ Ability to use RF scanners.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must pass a forklift demonstration scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays at 09:30 AM.
+ Must wear steel toe boots/shoes upon starting.
**Work Environment**
The work environment is a manufacturing and production setting, operating in a non-climate-controlled, metal-free building. The role requires flexibility to work shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
