Forklift Operator Job Description As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for driving forklifts and preparing units for daily shipping and receiving. This role involves operating various lifts such as Reach and Dock stockers and performing additional tasks as required. Responsibilities Drive forklifts efficiently and safely. Prepare units for daily shipping and receiving. Operate Reach and Dock stocker lifts. Process orders and engage in order picking. Maintain inventory through 5S cleaning techniques. Handle materials and ensure proper loading. Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking. Essential Skills Proficiency in operating Reach Truck, Forklift, and Dock stocker. Experience in shipping and receiving processes. Skill in material handling and loading. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must pass a Forklift demonstration scheduled after onboarding. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of MEMPHIS, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
