Requirements: Proven experience running single ply roofing crews Familiar with PVC, TPO, IB Roofing, Sarnafil, etc. Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working on ladders Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a trailer Able to travel and work in multiple states Courteous and professional demeanor with clients Able to pass a drug test Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus We work exclusively with hospitality and commercial clients, so professionalism and strong communication skills are key.
