The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience working on the following project types: parks, recreation and trail planning and design; urban park, plaza, streetscape and transportation enhancements; land development; and support for large scale planning projects. Learn about Halff and our 75th Anniversary What you will do : Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects. Work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction Foster and promote a positive, team-oriented environment and office culture Lead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements Production of CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages Construction methodologies and implementation Manage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneously Anticipate the needs of clients and projects Communicate effectively orally and in writing What you will need: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university Oklahoma registration as a Professional Landscape Architect At least 5 years of experience, minimum, as a Professional Landscape Architect Familiarity preparing proposal/scope of work documents and reviewing invoices/submitting Ability to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needs Proficiency with computer applications including AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Well organized, detail oriented and highly motivated Experience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plus Excellent design skills Interested candidates who meet or exceed the above qualifications are invited to submit a letter of interest, resume, and project portfolio or work samples that demonstrates their abilities.
