Commercial Project Manager – Education, Senior Living & Industrial

A leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This firm specializes in K-12 schools, higher education facilities, senior living communities , and light industrial projects , and is known for delivering complex, high-quality builds on time and within budget.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
• Lead project meetings and ensure timely coordination between field and office teams
• Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards
• Foster relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven track record managing projects in K-12, higher ed, senior living, or industrial sectors
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
