Carpenter needed to replace small wooden soffit on side porch

I have a straight wooden soffit that needs to be replaced. on my side porch. The front wood piece has gotten rotted with aging, but the sides are fine. I believe, basically, just nailing a new piece of board to repalce the rotted one. . But, I would have other projects in the future.

Do you have a carpenter's license and can you give three references?

I prefer to use someone interested in this... a side job and not a company
