Lead Carpenter

High-End Boutique Contractor is looking to fill a high growth potential position for a Lead Carpenter who has a strong knowledge base of residential construction carpentry and finishes.

Ideal candidate to be a knowledgeable carpenter who is looking to move towards project supervision and an individual with construction experience and an entrepreneurial spirit looking to join an established firm. You are not be a nine to five type person but you know how to get things done on budget, on schedule and are interested in not only great projects but contributing to a recognized firm.

You must have the following qualifications:
Clean license
Reliable Transportation
Hand tools
5 +/- years experience working in the building/remodeling industry
Customer oriented
Good references (customers, businesses, and character)
Able to lead, work independently and as a team player.

Job Overview / Duties to include;
Working closely with the Owner, Project Managers and Customers on multiple jobs to ensure that the all projects stay on time and on budget.
Ability to take a project from contract to completion.
Ensuring Customer satisfaction.
Coordinate employees, subcontractors, inspectors, and materials.
Manage, coordinate and understand all plans and specifications.
Bi-lingual is a plus.

Position requires travel throughout the Denver metro area and working knowledge of computers and the ability to learn construction software.
