Drafting/Design Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Revit Drafting/Design Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and designing HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing systems for commercial and industrial projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and design HVAC systems for commercial and industrial projects.
  • Collaborate with other drafters and designers in a team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and industry installation practices.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints accurately.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit software.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and installation practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of Associates degree in related field (Bachelors Degree is a plus).
  • Familiarity with VDC, BIM, and piping design.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.46/hr.
