# Robotic Welder - Manufacturing Production Role

**Shift:** 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM

**Pay Rate:** $16.00 per hour

## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled **Robotic Welder** to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on production role involves operating robotic welding equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting our manufacturing operations during day shift hours.

## Key Responsibilities

- **Operate robotic welding systems** and production machinery efficiently and safely

- **Handle materials** by removing components from containers, processing per specifications, and returning finished products to designated storage (tubs, skids, boxes)

- **Perform quality control inspections** throughout production process

- **Maintain accurate production records** and quality reports

- **Support continuous production flow** through proper material handling and equipment operation

## Physical Requirements

This position requires physical stamina and involves:

- Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching throughout shift

- Prolonged standing for extended periods

- Ability to continuously lift up to 25 pounds

- Manual dexterity for material handling and equipment operation

## Qualifications

- Experience with robotic welding systems preferred

- Manufacturing or production background

- Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards

- Strong attention to detail for quality control

- Reliable attendance and punctuality essential for early morning shift

- Ability to read and follow production specifications
