Architectural Designer

Under supervision of a Registered Architect, duties:1.detail/design drawings of floor layouts and structures to be constructed2.utilize AutoCAD, Rhino, V-Ray, Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop3.perform calculations based on projections of the completed construction4.prepare presentations and discussions of requirements5.cost and source scope of work6.conduct site measuring, photographing and observing7.meet with contractors to coordinate design implementation8.conduct project research9.compile construction letters and reports10.handle plan expediting Salary, health benefits, PTO, 401K
