Structural Engineer

Some key duties and responsibilities include: Responsible for maintaining and developing new clients that provide work for the team and prepares proposals for services. Serve as Project Manager on large complex projects or multiple smaller projects. Participate in promotional activities that develop network and establish as an expert in selective markets. Coordinate with team Principal, other discipline leads, and marketing department on business development opportunities. Leadership and mentoring to senior staff on client relations and project management. Education and experience requirements are: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters degree in Structural Engineering ; A minimum of 8 years of experience with several as a lead engineer or project manager. Professional Engineer License with the ability to obtain reciprocity in other states.
