The Laborer/Finisher will physically assist with concrete construction tasks, preparing and maintaining work areas, and operating tools and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY- NoESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Work under site Foreman to complete tasks such as setting forms, placing concrete, and finishing concrete.- Prepare the site for concrete placement.- Operate equipment on site including, but not limited to, telehandler, skid loader, and power trowels with approval from the Foreman.- Work with crew members to complete structural and civil cast-in-place concrete.- Courteously partner with crew members and other individuals on the job site.- Help to ensure the concrete work meets quality standards and specifications.- Any other duties as requested.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
