Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Location: Peabody, MA

Pay: $140,000 - $165,000+, based on experience

Schedule: Mix of on the job site and in office

Our client is a well-established general contractor located on the North Shore who specializez in comercial, retail, restaurant, and interior fit-out projects. They are known for their commitment to quality, collaborative approach, and ability to successfully manage projects in occupied spaces.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up construction who is ready to work in a fast paced environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

What you get to do:

Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence

Manage 2-5 projects at a time (depending on size)

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field supervision teams

Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and consultants

Handle financial aspects, including contracts, purchase orders, and risk management

What you need to succeed:

7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

Must have prior experience with commercial, retail, restaurant, and/or interior fit-out projects

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Prior experience working in occupied spaces is a big plus

Must be well experienced with ProCore

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
