Licensed Structural Engineer & Architect for Drawing Review & Stamping

Looking for Licensed Architect & Structural Engineer to Review and Stamp Plans (DC, MD, VA)

We are looking to hire a licensed Architect and Structural Engineer for residential projects only. Candidates must be licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia to review, make corrections if needed, and stamp structural and architectural drawings for permit submission.

Scope of Work:

Review residential architectural and structural drawings

Provide corrections or suggestions to meet local building code requirements

Stamp/seal final drawings for permit approval

Assist with code compliance and design coordination when needed

Project Types:

Home additions

Interior remodeling involving structural changes

Basement renovations

New single-family home construction

Requirements:

Active licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia

Experience working on residential projects (minimum 5 years preferred)

Familiar with local residential codes and permitting processes

Professional liability insurance required

Ability to provide quick turnaround and clear communication
