Project Coordinator, TOM Transportation Automation Implementation - Construction

The Transportation Operations Management (TOM) team is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the TOM Transportation Automation Implementation - Construction team with cost tracking, data gathering, and project status reporting. This role will focus on aggregating data from various sources and producing clear reports to inform operations leadership. This is an hourly role, ideal for someone who is reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Cost tracking & data gathering
- Extract financial data from various sources
- Track project costs against budgets, identify variances
- Maintain cost logs and ensure timely updates of expenditure data
- Smartsheet Management
- Consolidate multiple project pages into master reports
- Ensure data integrity and consistency
- Project Status Reporting
- Review project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with Managers and stakeholders
- Track and update logs and escalate issues when appropriate
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather required data and context for reporting
- Provide timely insights to support decision-making by operations leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of experience pulling large data
- 1+ years experience extracting and processing data
- 1+ years of experience using data visualization tools, such as Quicksight, Tableau

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
- Strong documentation skills, ensuring data extraction processes from tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Excel) are well-documented and easily understandable by others

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
