Job Title: Pre-Construction Manager

Up to 20 -50% travel

Duration: 6+ Months- possible extension
Pay rate: $45.00/hr- $51.00/hr

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or comparable field.
• 5+ years as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or other construction-related disciplines.
• 5+ years project management experience (design phase through implementation and operation).
• 5+ years experience negotiating construction, procurement, and labor contracts.
• 2+ years of program management experience.
