Welder**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Welder, specializing in TIG welding of stainless piping across various industries. You will work on custom projects with a high mix of work and low volume production, where creating 10 of the same part is considered high volume. All work involves TIG welding on stainless steel, fitting up parts according to blueprints.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel piping.

+ Fit up parts according to detailed blueprints.

+ Handle custom welding projects with precision.

+ Collaborate with a team of skilled welders in a smaller shop environment.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 2 years TIG welding experience on stainless steel.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in pipe welding is a plus.

**Work Environment**

Work in a smaller shop with a close-knit team of 12 welders. Our shop operates on a first shift schedule from 5am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday. During summer months, you'll experience an alternating schedule where half of the team works Monday-Thursday and the other half works Tuesday-Friday, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
