Construction Project Managers support the construction management team and project team in all aspects of construction management services. They bring expertise in risk mitigation within the CSS team and are adept at resolving complex liability concerns and owner issues that arise during a project.

Responsibilities:

- Oversees construction sites, subcontractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.

- Manages worksites for new construction and remodeling projects.

- Coordinates activities and ensures that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives.

- Collaborates with architects, engineers and teams working on projects.

- Creates and reviews requests for information.

- Conducts bids, preconstruction documents, and punch walks.

- Maintains a daily log of onsite activities.

- Coordinates and monitors schedule updates and submittals.

- Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors construction schedules.

- Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts.

- Conducts onsite project meetings with subcontractors.

- Attends OAC meetings and provides schedule updates.

- Responds efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions.

- Assists in project estimating and project closeout documentation.

- Attends client program meetings as needed.

- All other duties as assigned.

### Requirements

- Associates Degree in Business or Project Management

- 3 years of related experience on projects with a construction budget over $5 million, or equivalent combination of education and related experience

- Strong communication skills with ability to project a professional company image, build trust, and solve conflicts with employees, clients, vendors, building departments, inspection agencies, and the general public

- Ability to empathize and demonstrate care while advancing practices and upholding JLGs best interest

Preferred:

- Bachelor or Master of Construction Management

- Proven ability to lead a team of professionals with previous supervisory experience
