Painter Job Description Join our team of skilled painters specializing in both new construction and existing buildings. You will perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients, focusing primarily on interior walls, with some exterior painting. As our client expands their workforce, you'll be an essential part of projects within a 40-mile radius of Oshkosh, using provided brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings. Responsibilities Apply paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities using brushes, rollers, and spray guns. Perform airless spraying, brushing, and rolling techniques. Cut in without using tape, specifically utilizing HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects. Work within a team environment to complete projects on time and to the highest standard. Essential Skills 1+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential painting. Proficiency in spray, brush, and roll painting techniques. Work Environment You will report to job sites within a 40-mile radius, working in teams whose size will vary based on project needs. The core working hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, but may adjust based on project deadlines. The dress code is relaxed, with jeans, t-shirts, or painter whites acceptable attire. All work will be local, with no overnight travel required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
