Commercial Painter**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Painter - Foreman to perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients. The role involves working on both new construction and existing buildings, with a focus on interior and exterior painting. All projects are located within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee. As a Painter - Foreman, you will use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform painting tasks using airless spraying, brushes, and rollers.
+ Apply paint coatings to interior and exterior surfaces without using tape for cutting in.
+ Utilize HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects.
+ Conduct prep work and clean up job sites.
+ Work within a team to meet project deadlines.
+ Report to job sites and manage tasks effectively.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of painting experience.
+ 1+ year of commercial painting experience.
+ Proficiency in prep work and site clean-up.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with multi-family and office buildings.
+ Foreman experience is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
