- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, etc.) for project tasks.
- Employ Document Management Software such as Procore or similar for effective document handling.
- Use BlueBeam Revu & BlueBeam Studio for project documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes and project correspondence.
- Review and process submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
- Implement basic change management and cost control procedures.
- Assist with scheduling using MS Project, Primavera P-6 or similar software.
- Ensure familiarity with CT High Performance Building Standards and closeout procedures.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of project engineering experience in both the public and private sectors.
- Proficiency in handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Experience with commercial projects valued at $1 million or more.
- Experience with K-12 projects is beneficial.
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P-6 is a plus.
