Remodeler

As a Remodeler, you will be integral to transforming residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Reporting to the project manager, you will utilize core skills in hand tools, construction, and power tools to execute various remodeling tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of remodeling tasks, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing work.
• Assist in the installation of cabinets, countertops, windows, doors, and other structures.
• Measure, cut, and install materials according to project specifications.
• Work with hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Help in prepping and painting surfaces, installing trim, and applying other finishing touches to completed projects.
• Ensure job sites are maintained in a clean and safe condition, including disposing of construction debris properly.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and tools and transporting them to and from job sites.
• Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and other team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Follow safety guidelines and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations and to promote a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or challenges to the project manager or foreman.
• Assist with other general construction tasks as needed, including mixing and preparing materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
