What youll do:

Inspect homes under construction

Ensure quality & energy codes are met

Work with top homebuilders (less manual labor!)

Must have:

35 yrs residential construction experience

RFI Certification

Strong communication & people skills

Valid drivers license + reliable transportation

Nice to have: HERS Rater or IRC Cert
