Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections on homes under construction to ensure quality and code compliance
- Test and verify energy performance of homes to meet local, state, and national requirements
- Collaborate with homebuilders to achieve quality and energy compliance goals
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on inspection findings
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of residential construction experience
- RFI Certification (Must have)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to climb ladders, carry equipment up to 50 lbs, and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certified HERS Rater or Field Tester
- IRC Certified
