What Were Looking For:
Solid general carpentry experience (frame to finish)
Comfortable working independently and problem solving effectively
Familiar with tools, materials, and residential systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
Knowledge of safety and building codes
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Good communicator with a professional attitude and appearance
Able to lift heavy materials and work in all kinds of weather
