Robotic Welder - Manufacturing Production Role Shift: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on production role involves operating robotic welding equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting our manufacturing operations during day shift hours. Key Responsibilities Operate robotic welding systems and production machinery efficiently and safely Handle materials by removing components from containers, processing per specifications, and returning finished products to designated storage (tubs, skids, boxes) Perform quality control inspections throughout production process Maintain accurate production records and quality reports Support continuous production flow through proper material handling and equipment operation Physical Requirements This position requires physical stamina and involves: Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching throughout shift Prolonged standing for extended periods Ability to continuously lift up to 25 pounds Manual dexterity for material handling and equipment operation Qualifications Experience with robotic welding systems preferred Manufacturing or production background Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards Strong attention to detail for quality control Reliable attendance and punctuality essential for early morning shift Ability to read and follow production specifications What We Offer Competitive hourly wage at $16.00/hour Day shift schedule (4:00 AM - 2:30 PM) - afternoons and evenings free Stable manufacturing environment Opportunities for skill development in robotic welding technology ENGAGE DIRECTLY WITH OUR TEAM - Join our production team as a Robotic Welder and contribute to our manufacturing success.
