Job Description: The Business Development Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and business development efforts of the hospital and hospital-owned clinics. This role focuses on building stronger referral networks, identifying growth opportunities, and developing partnerships to drive patient admissions, clinical visits, and revenue growth. The manager will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute the marketing plans and site visits identified by the strategic planning and data analysis. The manager will work closely with internal leadership, physicians, and area stakeholders to enhance the facility's market presence and ability to deliver high-quality healthcare.

Requirements: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Healthcare Admin, or related field required. Min 5 years experience in Business Development or Marketing, preferably in Healthcare setting
