Senior Project Executive Public Infrastructure

Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Executive to lead multiple large-scale public infrastructure projects for a major New York City public agency. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ. Responsibilities Provide executive-level oversight and leadership across a portfolio of NYC-based infrastructure projects. Serve as the primary liaison with public agency clients, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations. Oversee project teams, including recruitment, staffing, and performance management. Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) across all phases of project delivery. Monitor project financials, schedules, and key performance metrics. Lead proposal development and actively pursue new business opportunities. Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships. Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects for public agencies. Demonstrated expertise in construction management, with additional experience in program management or as an Owner's Representative preferred. Familiarity with alternative project delivery methods such as CM-Build or Design-Build is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field required. Professional licenses and certifications (e.g., PE, RA, CCM, DBIA) are highly desirable. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in a good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
